The Cold War was and remains a fascinating era in human history. While Russia was busy teaching its kids how to maintain heavy armor, the US was teaching them how to duck and cover. Surplus: Throughout the 1980s, Hollywood portrayed Russia as the bad guy, and the idea of the big wicked Soviet Union causing havoc on the globe is nostalgic. Plus, it's a Rocky movie. Yup.
